Woodland Olney

Woodland Olney Apartments began as a school built in 1929 and was thoughtfully transformed into senior housing in 1998. This historic landmark was preserved through the use of a federal Historic Tax Credit, allowing the community to retain its architectural charm while meeting the growing need for affordable senior housing.

The community offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for seniors, along with a variety of shared amenities—including a laundry room, community center, computer lab, elevator, fitness room, game/TV lounge, gazebo, community garden, and transportation services.

Ongoing improvements include new flooring, fresh paint and trim throughout the property, and repaved parking areas—ensuring Woodland Olney remains a comfortable and affordable place to call home for years to come.
